Cakes : To order your wedding/celebration cake please telephone your order : 01255 436395, and if possible arrange a consultation/tasting session, here we can discuss all aspects of your order, any special requirements etc.
**Please note that a deposit is required to book your cake, and is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE as it books your date , this means that I will refuse further bookings for this date once a deposit is received.

Returns policy
For items which are held in stock, goods may be returned for a full refund less the postage & packaging charges.
You must advise us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return the item(s) and return them within 14 days.
Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging, with postage paid by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
For items which are made to order or ordered in specifically for a customer order goods are non-refundable

If you return an item which is non-refundable, or outside of the dead-lines outlined above, you will be liable for additional postage charges for the item(s) to be returned to you.
